Northside Christian College

Northside Christian College have been utilising the Transportme™ system for the past 2yrs. Our school transports both before school bus pick up (5 buses with 80 passengers) and afternoon drop off (6 buses with 110 passengers).
 
Since commencing the Transportme™ system, parents are now able to see if the bus is running early / late as well as being able to see the bus arrive / depart our school.

As a co-ordinator, the system has allowed me to eradicate time consuming paper records and written communications.  It has also assisted with cutting down my end of term reporting.  The system also tracks fuel records, pre and post vehicle checks, and also allows a fault page if there are any issues with the bus – this function then sends me an email so that I can address the problem, as well as offering many other benefits.  We can also track the buses / number of passengers in real time, supporting with issues such as break downs or accidents.
 
Transportme™ permits me to load in the routes linked to GPS guidance so if one of the drivers is sick, another driver who has not performed the route / run before is able to step in and complete this without prior training.

The support / development team are amazing and get back to you within an hour of sending a request.  I have also asked for several modifications that are specific to my department and these have been met without hesitation - although there is an extra cost involved with developing and implementing these modifications - it is well worth it as it has enhanced my efficiency.

I would highly recommend the Transportme™ system to anyone who is looking to work smarter not harder.
